I've been snarking a lot tonight bc I'm sick but this is a real question for the #lawsky folks who handle such things. You always hear cops say "based on my training and experience I concluded XYZ" as support for a shooting, or a search, or what have you. What if you can show they HAD no training?

Any thoughts, #lawsky? Why would a plaintiff file some cases with the defendant aliases hidden and some with them out in the open? Especially when this particular plaintiff has been telling judges for over a decade that keeping the defendant identities a secret (at least at the start) is essential?
