PareThinking about comics, I also like the Valérian&Laureline comics, especially the mid-period.
My absolute favourite is 'Ambassador of the Shadows', maybe because it was the first one I read. I especially like that Valérian tries to be a hero and then spends most of the album off-panel on a warm beach, and Laureline solves the problem.
