Le Petit #Nanterre is the sort of place where dumped #NitrousOxide canisters are a guaranteed occurrence. I had a chat with local idling youths about #LaughingGas - they ostensibly agree that more prevention is necessary... But who consumes that much ?

Discarded 3.3l/2kg #NitrousOxide canister, on my own street in #Courbevoie. Still no one at town hall or in any police force will acknowledge my reports: we encounter almost dally evidence that consumption of neurologically damaging #LaughingGas is increasing.
