Hey! Welcome to Dorothy's Table. A Table-top RPG club, and a Safe Space.
Our goal is to make TTRPGs more accessible as a hobby. And by accessible -- accessible to the queer nerds that have been shunned by either the queer community for their nerdiness, or by the nerd community for their queerness.
You'd be surprised how many of us are there! We exist to connect people and create a safe space for everyone to enjoy.
New to Table-Top Roleplaying Games? You've come to the right place.
TTRPG is the kind of hobby where all you need is some people and imagination, and the first part Dorothy's Table has covered!
The one thing you need to do to get started is sign up for a game, and attend it. Most of the time the Game Masters will tell you everything you need to know. And if you want to know more - the Internet is full of resources like Rule Books for specific games, Actual Play videos and podcasts, and communities like this one where people share their TTRPG wisdom.
In a nutshell, TTRPGs are: the place to tell stories, hangout with friends, and be anything you want to be.
