I never used to have a regular fitness routine beyond weekend #yoga. Since early/mid #pandemic, a nearly daily #swim has become part of my morning routine and the moving meditation has helped keep me sane. I’ve also started playing #padel tennis weekly, which I find incredibly fun and almost joyous. Still, I’ve never been heavier. Guess it’s just #middleage. Or the #darkrum nightcaps and #latenightcheese. #introduction
