The birth of Wes Craven, and not a good one at that. The man would go on to bigger things, but the first entry in his filmography is somewhat aimless. Alternating styles don't help much, and the shock for shocks sake has an opposite than desired effect. Though, there are some nuggets of what would appear, more refined, in his later work. Wants to be about much more, but never succeeds in being insightful..
