#LaserEyeSurgery surgery is leaving many patients with life changing injuries and some suicidal, yet they are not warned of the risks by the surgeons selling the procedure.
I didn't know about any of this when I asked my #opthalmologist what she though about it about 15 years ago, but what she told me about it - even when successful - meant I didn't ever consider it again.
Even when #Lasik works you will probably have to wear glasses later so why risk your way of life?

Don't get #lasereyesurgery #lasik sucks #PRK seems better?
Just a summary. This is why I don't ever want to get the surgery.
#eye is #super #dilated after having a free #eyetest to 'see' if I could be suitable for #lasereyesurgery - good service provided
I can apply, but wow my prescription does not help. Cant afford that now, but one day it would be nice to not have #glasses
Was interesting getting home. Walking with my eyes closed all the way home since it was burning death if i kept them open. lucky I know the way 😉
