I started watching #Millennium series 3 for the first time in ages. I forgot how good it was.

Obviously there's a slight continuity problem - at the end of series 2, the whole world was dying of Marburg virus, but apparently it was just Frank Black's local area.

A solid 90s thriller built by a man who should’ve never been allowed near a film set. The Nature of the Beast has sharp performances, a twist that thinks it’s smarter than it is, and a shadow it can’t escape: its creator’s real-world monstrosity. A ★★★★★ review of Near Dark (1987)

There are 3 big vampire movies from the mid to late 80s. Most people place The Lost Boys at number one, either because it's the only one they know, or they just like the vibe. But for me, it ranks at number three. First place is and forever will be Fright Night, a stone cold classic. Then there is number two, the magnificent Near Dark, which on any given day could take that number one spot.
