Tuomas AumalaÄskön kotiin palatessani huomasin, että tyypillisesti tylsän harmaa Stratocumulus stratiformis (Kumpukerrospilvi, kerrosmainen) olikin ottanut yllättäen vähän muunnoksen lacunosus (~kennomainen) näköä pintaan. Voisi siinä tulkita olevan myös hieman lisäosan asperitas (~tyrskyinen) piirteitä, mutta siitä en ole niin varma.

Cloud patches, sheets or layers, usually rather thin, marked by more or less regularly distributed round holes, many of them with fringed edges. Cloud elements and clear spaces are often arranged in a manner suggesting a net or a honeycomb.
