The tide is rising and the Nagabeta Seabed Road is bathed in stunning colors at sunset.
Built by fishermen to facilitate their work, the road disappears twice daily beneath the tide.
Time-lapse filmed from approximately 2 PM to 8:15 PM.
High tide at 7 PM & sunset at 7:30 PM.

He sits next to the Nagabeta seaside road.
This road built by fisherman is only usable during low tide and vanishes in the sea during high tide.

Like Kumamon the big boss of all mascots in Kumamoto.

May I present:
Karaimo-kun the local mascot of Ozu-machi in Kumamoto Prefecture.
It depicts a "Karaimo" (sweet potato), which is a local specialty, wearing a traditional hat and scarf.
If you're really venturing out of the cities, you should plan carefully. Buses there often run only "sporadically".
