Fact: Security teams are drastically outnumbered by developers.
When the next zero-day hits, will your team be ready? Join Josh Bressers & a great lineup at Open Source SecurityCon on March 23 to talk tactical prep rather than panic. https://sched.co/2DY3p
Operating #OpenTelemetry at Scale with Open Agent Management Protocol (a.k.a. #OpAMP)

Do you think security should be a property of the system and not a checklist of operational add-ons?

I finally got around to writing up my tips and recommendations on making the most out of #KubeCon.
If this is going to be your first KubeCon do take a read and let me know what you think. If you're a vetran attendee - did I miss anything that you'd recommend?

With KubeCon just 1 week away I thought it would be good to share some of my tips and suggestions on how to make the most of the week without burning out. I've been to a few KubeCon's now, both EU and US, and I’ve learned a lot about how to make the most of the week and what not to do in order to protect your health!
My otherwise rock solid #Lenovo X1 Gen 12 has been my trusty companion for almost six months now, but lately it started getting a little quirky.
Turns out the #ADATA 2TB #NVMe stick I immediately swapped in, is now complaining about unreadable LBA sectors. Zero percent surplus sectors used. Still keeps failing at the same couple of sectors.
I'm off to #kubecon in about a week, and I'm not dragging a dying laptop with me. Being in reasonable budget mode, I replaced the faulty stick with an older and probably a lot more trustworthy Samsung Evo stick. Half the capacity, but I doubt I'll miss it.
Debian Testing is happily installing away, and we should be back to normal shortly. Most code and data is shared with git and configuration is mostly scripted, so it's all good.
At #OpenSovereignCloudDay at #KubeCon + #CloudNativeCon EU, Michael Schmidt (SAP SE) presents “Bridging CNCF and OpenInfra.”
