I made Korean chicken tonight. I use cornflour if I don’t have potato flour. I came across this dish on a taste of Asian tour in Sydney Chinatown our son gave us a few years ago. I use chicken thighs with skin on & deep fry with just 3cm oil & turn it. I do the double cook of the chicken as it’s superbly crunchy. This is an easy recipe of it I later found.
