You know the #KonMariMethod rule about getting rid of objects that don't "spark joy," right? I was just throwing some old stuff out with my wife while get loads of joy (i.e. intense manic energy) sparked, and she mentioned the "poop rule" for #ADHD folks such as myself...

Apparently, the question is whether I'd throw the item out or clean it if it had poop on it. I'm not sure that helps much for me since I grew up with a sibling with level 3 #autism and cleaned up quite a lot of poop. 🤷‍♂️

At the 'books' part of the #KonmariMethod and finding several books with handwritten notes in them.... 🥰😍
