I made homemade kombucha and bottled up 6 bottles of the brew. Added some unsweetened pure cranberry juice and I have a wonderful beverage.
The key was to filter it through a fine mesh screen, layered with double layers of cheesecloth.
Smooth and fizzy with z cranberry tang!

Making 2nd batch of Kombucha...the first one failed due to the temp bring too low. The purchase of a fermentation heater solved that problem. Waiting for temp to drop in order to add the scoby. #vegan #kombucha #kombuchabrewing #kombuchagirl
