I guess that means Stitt-for-brains can finally celebrate that #Oklahoma is number 1 in something.

They're saying the next wave of storms will hit in about 3-5 hours, and that one's expected to be stronger.

First #TornadoWatch of the day, extending from the Texas state line all the way to Tulsa all across Oklahoma.

#KOCO reports this watch extends through 11pm.

KOCO also reports a #FloodWatch through central Oklahoma until 7am tomorrow.

My main advice:

1. DON'T drive through water more than 4" deep
2. Go to:
--location with tornado shelter
--location with centrally built closet or room with no windows
