Yak-9UM This is - amazingly - not a restoration of one of the thousands of the Yak-9s built in Soviet Russia during WW2, but a new-built example, using original drawings, by the Yakovlev concern in Russia. The main change from the original specification was to install a U.S. Allison V-1710 engine, rather than the Klimov VK-107A.
