Can't find Vanuatu active anywhere on #shortwave 😕 Aoki/short-wave.info claims the only freq they use at present is 9960 kHz, although in the past they also operated on 3945 & 7260 kHz. What is near 9960 right now on Esk, QLD #KiwiSDR is some ISB digital mode on 9961 kHz. Heavy fading on that one
