A few weeks ago we posted about some experimental work going on with Time Difference of Arrival (TDoA) direction finding techniques on KiwiSDR units. The idea is that public KiwiSDRs distributed around the world can be used to pinpoint the physical locations of any 0 - 30 MHz transmitter using the TDoA technique. One more station I recorded overnight - well, I woke up @ 5:40am local & set it: 1010 WINS, via Prince Edward Island #KiwiSDR. Can't find Vanuatu active anywhere on #shortwave 😕 Aoki/short-wave.info claims the only freq they use at present is 9960 kHz, although in the past they also operated on 3945 & 7260 kHz. What is near 9960 right now on Esk, QLD #KiwiSDR is some ISB digital mode on 9961 kHz. Heavy fading on that one
