We talked about the challenges of migrating organisations – especially ones which aren't technically focussed – out of corporate surveillance prisons. A comrade brought a few specific examples of groups they're working with, and we talked through different approaches and processes: going one process at a time, focussing on specific apps, rolling out Single Sign On. An interesting conversation to be sure, and personally this definitely feels like what we exist for as a project!
