After some consideration, I decided it was time to bolster my comedic repertoire, so I went with the 2015 #KingsQuest for my next game, even though I'm only 2 hours in, I can say that it has a lot of whimsical charm

It's the best #KingsQuest ever made -- and that's the problem. Professional voice acting ✓ Lip-synced animations ✓ CD-ROM production values ✓ ...and yet the finale devolves into pixel-hunting death traps. Why #KingsQuestVI's polish couldn't fix its conservative soul.
