With appropriately warm gear, it really was beautiful along the rural stretch of the #RoyalCanal west of #Kilcock during the recent cold snap.
While the back roads were often icy and just not safe for cycling during the cold snap, the gravel towpath on the #RoyalCanal provided a beautiful safe haven. I had the more remote parts of the canal, like this stretch west of #Kilcock mostly to myself!
