FiXatoMy six year old #BeardGrabber is watching a video about the development of blue #LEDs by #ShujiNakamura. I wonder how much he understands; hopefully his younger brain will pick up and retain more than my tired one. 😅
While kiddo was doing his own things with #LEGO, along with the other kids there, and occasionally asking me for help taking bricks apart, or finding a certain brick, I made a miniature #tableFootball stadium for a game of two versus two. It uses four sets of two LEGO Technic sticks joined together, with the torso of a minifig attached to the joint. Each figure can be rotated and moved horizontally enough to get the 'ball' (the head of a minifig) across the entire court.
Afterwards #BeardGrabber suggested swapping the minifigs out for red and purple ghost figures.

My Neighbor Totoro (1988) - this is just a nice chill movie with a good story. Started watching this at 3.

I guess an almost 5 year old likes seeing all the chemical reactions; the colour changing, the bubbling, the crystalisation, and distillation. As well as the different tools.
My highschool chemistry knowledge definitely isn't what it used to be though. 😅
