Once again, Khemjira. It made me read about Isaan, the Isaan language (not dialect ¬¬), the culture of the Northeastern region (like morlam, the desserts, or the Holy Man Rebellion), and about spiritual beliefs of Thailand.
Not from 2025, but Winter Begonia. I didn’t know a single thing about Beijing Opera.
Also, the historical context of Shine…

Stand out secondary character of 2025
Victor Boonterdtoon, from #ShineTheSeries. Broke my heart, but I loved him so much. I knew how the story was gonna end for him because student and historical context. I loved that he knew the risk and still decided to take it because it was what he believed in.
And Ramphueng, from my beloved #Khemjira. Her grudge and rage saved me, in a way. So yeah... I liked the way the conflict with her, a powerful vengeful ghost, was resolved. I liked that she wasn't really forgiven by Khem, because she caused a lot of pain for many lifetimes, but she was given the chance to move on and find peace.

You know how in movies, it doesn't matter how time passes, when they show the moon it is always full?
Well I just "almost" finished watching the series #khemjira and when they showed the moon it was always half-full. ALWAYS. As if they had only one day of filming to get moon shots.
So I decided to touch grass and get out of the house, and guess what. Today there is a half-moon! 
Learning alot about Thai religious and spiritual practices by watching the BL #khemjira .
Learning that string is used in rituals there as opposed to paper in Japan. Also learning about the similarities between resentful energy in Chinese fantasy and the harmful energy of wandering ghosts in Thailand. Here is an OST where one of the characters sings the, kind of a lulluby, that she uses to soothe, and bring lost souls back to the bodies.
Rare to see older singers.
