Okay so I dug my car out, and the roads are... er... okay for driving.
(Listen I'm originally from Montréal. I'm going to say this: cleaning crews in the DC area DO NOT KNOW how to deal with snow. End of story. I ran into many turn lanes that were still snowed in, two lane ways that were one lane because of the snow, and don't get me started about the sidewalks. "Hey, where am I going to put the snow I take of the street. Oh, I know. On the sidewalk.")
So I got my groceries. 🥳
However, while I was driving there, my car started complaining about tire pressure. I knew I was okay for the round trip. When I got back home, I got my electronic tire inflater (inflater is not a word, apparently, but it should be, so there) out of my trunk and inflated my tires. This is a half-victory because I wish I had been on the ball before we got the temperatures we got.
Then the car decided that it couldn't detect my keyfob anymore. I still can get in and start the car, but now that's one more thing to fucking deal with.
If you can't tell... I'm tired of all this shit.
