Kevin Abstract (aka Clifford Ian Simpson) came out of the Brockhampton collective, a San Marcos, TX based ambitious project that brought a small army of talented musicians and artists together in 2017, who then collaborated on a quick succession of somewhat pop-friendly left-field hip-hop albums. As he embarked on his solo career, Abstract expanded his range by adding more of contemporary pop and R&B to his hip-hop base. His 2023 album Blanket also found him getting deeper into a variety of indie rock flavors. He is clearly a restless artist who does not like to sit still in any particular genre, and likes to keep exploring. That said, it is also clear that he is fairly comfortable in the pop space and has a reliable base there.

Rusowsky lanza su primer álbum DAISY, un proyecto íntimo y experimental de 13 canciones con colaboraciones destacadas. Producido íntegramente por él, el disco mezcla géneros como trap, pop y electrónica, y gira en torno a la figura cambiante de "Daisy". Para celebrarlo, emprende su primera gira por EE.UU., mientras sigue consolidando su carrera junto al colectivo madrileño Rusia-IDK.
