For VGM Wednesday, I'm going to spotlight Canal Fleet - Twilight Fleet from the Black Label Arrange mode of Dodonpachi Daifukkatsu.

This is an arrangement of the original track from Ketsui by Jake Kaufman/Virt of Shovel Knight fame. In the Ketsui soundtrack, Canal Fleet felt like the weakest stage music to me, with how same-y it sounds throughout.

In Black Label Arrange though, an electric guitar is used to add a lot more variation in the music, which gives it a massive glow up. It's one of my favourites in the soundtrack as a result!
