Ich teste seit ein paar Wochen hin und wieder #Zorin in einer virtuellen Maschine. Eigentlich hab ich bis vor 4 Jahren viele Jahre nur #Ubuntu genutzt und bin dann aus Faulheit und Lust am Gaming wieder auf #Windows umgestiegen. Jetzt bin ich so langsam wieder bereit für #Linux. Aber leider hat mir heute ein #Kernelupdate die Maschine zerschossen. Und ich hatte gehofft, dass mir sowas erspart bleibt. Ich hab keine Lust auf #Gebastel mehr. Dafür hatte ich früher mal Interesse und Zeit.

Debian 13 kernel 6.12 and ICYDOCK FatCage hardware raid woes.... Just works on older kernel but something is broken in 6.12, it times out and acts like the RAID has failed (spoiler alert.. it hasn't) and the raid must be physically disconnected to get the system to boot.

Thank you! I can confirm that mounting smb shares is possible again with kernel 6.0.18. System info: Fedora Workstation 37, running in a VirtualBox VM in Windows 10 on Intel i5-4690.
