Today was an adventure, so am getting the kurma for tomorrow’s New Year Biryani prepped now. Hopefully I will be out of the kitchen before 2024 ends.

It’s a kitchen day (alas, unpaid). Making a Kerala-style Beef Biryani. Not Cardamummy’s recipe, but similar to how she used to make them. Spent the morning grinding, slicing, and chopping. The afternoon will be spent cooking.
