Woke up at 4 AM with existential dread. Mostly thoughts of coming to the realization and resigning myself to the fact that I don’t see a way de-escalate things in the US. Will there be a conflict? A civil war? A coup?

I’m sharing this after my affirmation post recently about us getting through this because it’s normal to go back and forth between pessimism and optimism as we all try to figure this out.
