For anyone interested, #Microsoft has confimed to me that the out-of-band #Windows #Update for #Windows11 version 23H2 titled #KB5077797 doesn't fix the Shutdown bug on all devices.

Also the provided workaround of using "shutdown.exe /s /t 0" doesn't work on the devices.

I've been promised that the Dev team is working on another fix, but no timetable has been given.

The KB5077797 should fix the RDP issue though, but I cannot verify this.
