Let's see if my first try at cinnamon rolls (Kanelbullar) qualifies enough for the Swedish, so they will (eventually) let me into their country.

The dough came out quite well, just a little time too less in the oven, but it's not too dry. The size could have been bigger, but I also did pack them quite tightly.
