Raging madman – I found this camping stove gas canister on the shore of a pristine small lake in the Kaldoaivi wilderness area during my two-month-long hike. It had been there for a while, as it was all rusty and beaten by the weather. Needless to say, it is no longer there. Some of the trash that I collected during this hike I posted back home, and my plan is to have an exhibition of them and the photos I took on this hike.

I’m trying to figure out which small hill I’m on while hiking in the Kaldoaivi Wilderness Area, Finland, in 2024. The landscape there is partly so similar that it’s easy to get lost. On my hikes, I rely only on paper maps and a compass, so sometimes it takes a while to determine my location.
