I understand the need to protect the data. I had not noticed until now how hated the html "help" files are on the support web site. but I completely understand now. I will say that I successfully downloaded 50MB gzipped GWAS result files, though the 260MB uncompressed text files failed without an egress alert. I just don't want to guess what the real threshold is.

end of rant

he fact that there even exists an egress threshold is not on either of the download help pages. The page on egress threshold is entitle egress alert policy, and does not tell you the threshold!
Once you get the alert and your account gets suspended, they send you a link to a large file download request form that DOES NOT EXIST IN THEIR DOCUMENTATION, and they still do not tell you what an acceptable file size is!

The All of Us researcher workbench is so ass backward. My account was just suspended for attempting to download a large (1 GB) GWAS results file.

According to the documentation you are allowed to download GWAS results, but there is also a very secret, unpublished file size egress threshold. If your file is large than this unpublished size they lock you account to make sure you are not trying to download individual data.
