My darling Mona,
The grief that follows the death of a child feels paralyzing & endless. There’s no time frame for grief, & it doesn't happen in stages or checklists. Grief is experienced uniquely by each person & comes & goes in different ways over time.
The sadness, overwhelming; feeling you can't go on is constant.
Feeling guilty, wondering what you could’ve done different never goes away. How could we have missed the harmful treatment the doctors were doing? grief #childloss

Mona, I feel such pain in my heart as I write this. Losing a child is a trauma that doesn't go away. No one & or anything could have prepared me for this loneliest of roads, I still deeply miss you Mona, you were gone when I so wanted you by my side.

The death of a child is an earth shattering experience. No words can be written about the loss of a child.
It is the most difficult pain to endure.
The grief never goes away.

We never get over the loss of a loved one, especially when they are taken from us too soon. Even more so when it’s our child. Until you buried a child you can’t even begin to fathom the type of life sentence that you might start to live with. 😢

The emptiness, the excruciating pain, and suffering are a daily occurrence; they are not just during holidays, birthdays, or special occasions. 😢

This is something I would not wish even on my worse enemy.
