How well do you know yourself?

There are so many questions. It can be overwhelming.

Start simply. Ask yourself these questions:

Who am I?
What am I?
Where do I come from?
Where am I going?
What is my purpose?

Ask them frequently. Watch your answers change. Through this, you will begin to understand yourself better. You may even be able to find the answers to some of those other questions.

How well do you know yourself? Why do you do certain things? What motivates you? What makes your heart sing? What turns you off? How far back do your triggers go?

Start simply. Ask yourself these questions:

Who am I?
What am I?
Where do I come from?
Where am I going?
What is my purpose?

Ask them frequently. Through this, you will begin to understand yourself better. You may even be able to find the answers to some of those other questions.

I've been sharing this tool a good bit this week, so here's a copy for everyone!

When we consider self care and self care imbalance, it's important to reflect on what part of that spectrum we mean specifically:

Discipline: what am I doing to create the life I long for?

Self compassion: what stories is my brain weaving out of my spirit's and my body's needs?

Self nurture: how am I listening to my body and my spirit and attuning to their needs?
