Heute, am ersten #diday, habe ich jemanden in der Familie ein #mailboxorg Konto angelegt, um von web.de weg zu kommen. Das nächste Projekt ist #linuxmint auf ein Notebook dieser Person zu installieren.
Zuvor wurde schon von ColorNotes (Google) zu #joplin_notes gewechselt und zusätzlich zu WA wurde #signalapp installiert. Es geht voran. #dutgemacht

Ah, I found the Joplin keyboard shortcuts. I can't figure out if there's a dedicated page for them in the web docs, but there's a handy dandy "keyboard shortcuts" tab in the settings pane which lets me jump all over the app. They appear to work with NVDA, so it looks like I will be taking advantage of focus mode after all!

Poking around in #joplin right now with NVDA. Their docs have a page on screen reader accessibility which is great. It explains the major sections of the editor which is very handy. Only thing is they make mention of some keyboard commands, but I can't actually find a docs page with said keyboard commands. The editor itself so far seems very promising. It's a little clunky to navigate. I was trying to hop around with f6 in focus mode, but it gets stuck a lot. Browse mode with web nav commands is definitely the way to go here. Lots of stuff seems to be labeled, I can move between notebooks in a tree view, notes within each notebook are in a list. Probably a lot better than kludging vscode for note-taking. I think I could get used to this. I really really really need keyboard shortcuts though

I know people build INCREDIBLY complex bookmark collections in their browsers.

My brain just doesn't work that way. If you force me to create hierarchies, they will suck and be annoying.

I want tags. My brain runs on tag clouds. No wonder I favor tools like #obsidian and #joplin_notes for note taking and #linkding to keep track of links I want to remember.
