TBT This is from a long hike into the Forest of Nisene Marks 15 years ago. The trail I was following had been partially destroyed by storms, so getting way back in the woods here took a while and I was tired and irritated and the sun was starting to go down, meaning a very long hike back to my car in the dark. Then I turned the corner and was filled with beauty. I want to make a very big painting of this one day.
