Amazing Spider-Man #101 (Marvel, October 1971)
Cover by Gil Kane, John Romita and Artie Simek

First appearance of Morbius. Reading this issue made me think even more about how someone could have thought #Morbius deserved a solo movie...

056 - Kingpin

Love seeing not only Romita's classic style in this set, but his pre-Daredevil take on Kingpin as well.

Weekend readings: The Amazing Spider-Man #47-49 (April-June 1967) by Stan Lee and John Romita.

Kraven the Hunter is back, along with the Vulture, a different one. This time, the Vulture's costume is worn by Blackie Drago, Vulture's cellmate. Of course, they'll join forces against Spider-Man. Besides that, things seem to be moving forward with Mary Jane.

Replic #JohnRomita (/rəˈmiːtə/; January 24, 1930 – June 12, 2023) was an American comic book artist best known for his work on Marvel Comics' The Amazing Spider-Man and for co-creating characters
#CaptainAmerica issues 143-146 are a little up and down. The art on these comes a great group #JohnRomita #JRSR #GilKane and #SalBuscema first issue. Getting the #SteveEnglehart era. I just read that last year. I'm looking forward to what's ahead.
