Musical Interlude: Here's a forgotten performer. Jo Ann Campbell was a female pioneer of rockabilly, country, and rock'n'roll. She started recording in '56 and continued on until she married in '64, when she retired, but racked up a string of records, concerts, and even a couple of movie roles.
