While I think JJK Season 3 was all over the place, it was also full of great action moments and fantastic animation. And since this is an action series, that was enough to carry the season for me.

The titular Culling Game in Jujutsu Kaisen: The Culling Game Part 1 feels like it came out of nowhere and wasn't connected to the previous plot of the series. I'm pretty sure Gege just wanted to write a battle royale.
