As we encountered huge issues with the provided uplink of the Amerikahaus location in Munich, we spontaneously set up an independent network and uplink using LTE - with nothing but the hardware I had with me by random.
After having fun with OpenWrt, dhcpd, and weird software switch configuration, there finally was a working network.
