I got some segments from an old silver bracelet with a flower motif, and I was playing around with them since I want to use them up as they are instead of just scrapping them. This design looks lovely, a bit old fashioned and regal. I will change the claws but otherwise the boxy shape is really pleasing to my eye. Whilst 3d modeling should never totally replace handmade, it is an exciting tool to work with.
