Years ago, when I was studying goldsmithing in college, one of the profs stole a design from one of her students and put it into production in her own jewellery studio. I don’t think anything was ever done about it. What a shitty thing for her to have done. She could’ve bought the design from the student and given them a nice boost to their career, but no, she did the shitty thing. I never bothered finishing my metalsmithing program.
