That is like Trump saying on #January6th 2021 "Everyone here will soon be marching over to the Capitol building to peacefully and patriotically make your voices heard.”
That was a throw-away line from Trump just like "end the war" was a throw-away line from Kamala Harris. If it was said, it wasn't repeated often.
