James Sellars' 1870s Classical Grecian style Kelvinside Academy on Bellshaugh Road in the West End of Glasgow. While not as well know as Alexander 'Greek' Thomson, Sellars was another of Glasgow's great classical Victorian architects.

The main facade of the former St Andrew's Halls on Granville Street in Glasgow. Heavily influenced by Alexander 'Greek' Thomson, the neoclassical St Andrew's Halls were designed by James Sellars, with sculptures by the legendary John Mossman, and were built in 1877.
