Belding's Yellowthroat: The water spread, but life diluted.

Downlisted from CR to VU, but it's basically watered-down juice. The "water" (range) grew so the risk dropped on paper, but the "powder" (total population) is still just 650-1.6k.

They didn't recover. We just found out they survive by flying to remote oases. Their existence is still stretched thin.
