Note to all my tech-adjacent and non-tech frenz when calling IT/InfoSec Support:
Please stop telling us what you *never do* with your device. We love y’all, but we already know that you (at least try to):
1. Use your work device for personal tasks
2. Use your personal devices on company Wi-Fi
3. Use your work email on non-work websites and shopping
4. Click on stuff

When you deny those things, it just wastes breath because that’s what we’re gonna check first anyway…and…and…On second thought…
