Barrel-Aged Imperial Stout

This year's release of our all-night boil imperial stout was aged in a complex blend of 15 oak barrels: 7 barrels of George Dickel aged for 20 months, and 1 barrel each of Buffalo Trace Bourbon aged 32 months, Elijah Craig Toasted aged 32 months, Buffalo Trace Bourbon aged
17 months, Andean Oak aged 14 months, Buffalo Trace Rye aged 10 months, Weller Bourbon aged 10 months, Buffalo Trace aged 10 months and Wild Turkey Bourbon aged 10 months

Brewed in honor of the fearless Soviet women who flew night combat missions in WIl. Piloting outdated wooden biplanes, they cut their engines to glide silently over enemy lines, dropping bombs under the cover of darkness. The Germans called them Nachthexen (Night Witches) for the eerie sound of their approach.
