Uno degli uomini condannati per gli attentati islamisti di Parigi del 2015 in cui persero la vita 130 persone - tra lo Stade de France, i locali del centro di Parigi e il Bataclan  - ha ottenuto il diritto a un permesso di uscita dal carcere in Belgio. Mohamed Bakkali potrà dunque temporaneamente uscire dal carcere di Ittre, a sud della capitale, dove sta scontando una condanna a 30 anni. La decisione consentirà a Bakkali, il coordinatore logistico degli attentati del 13 novembre che hanno sconvolto il mondo, di uscire dal carcere sei volte per 36 ore ciascuna. Questa notizia sta suscitando particolari critiche e malumori. "Chevergogna - ha detto il deputato di destra Denis Ducarme durante una seduta parlamentare, lamentando una banalizzazione del terrorismo - Questa decisione sembra voltare le spalle alla memoria delle vittime". Il ministro della Giustizia Annelies Verlinden ha detto che il permesso è stato concesso "a condizioni molto rigide" dopo "attenta valutazione del caso".
 Nel 2022, un tribunale francese ha condannato Bakkali a 30 anni di carcere per aver aiutato gli attentatori affittando case e auto blindate e procurando documenti d'identità' falsi. È stato inoltre condannato a 25 anni di carcere in Belgio per il suo ruolo nell'attentato a un treno ad alta velocità diretto a Parigi, in cui due passeggeri sono rimasti feriti. Le autorità belghe lo hanno estradato in Francia per essere processato, a condizione che tornasse in Belgio per scontare la pena.

Arruolamento con finalità di terrorismo internazionale. Con questa accusa a Firenze è stato indagato e posto sotto custodia cautelare un 15enne tunisino che al momento si trova nell’istituto minorile del capoluogo toscano. La misura è stata disposta dal gip Giuditta Merli anche perché il giovane è recidivo: già nell’ottobre 2025 era stato destinatario di una misura di collocamento in comunità per lo stesso reato. Il 23 marzo era stato poi ammesso dal gup al regime di messa alla prova con la conseguente revoca della misura, ma già dal giorno dopo ha ripreso con un nuovo telefono a interagire con account online vicini all’estremismo islamista radicale.
I profili visionati dalla Digos fiorentina sono affiliati a Daesh, l’acronimo arabo per indicare lo Stato Islamico (Isis). La polizia sostiene che “il ragazzo si è dichiarato pronto a agire, ricevendo istruzioni dall’interlocutore sul luogo per compiere l’azione e mostrandosi interessato alla ricerca di armi”.
Il minorenne è arrivato in Italia tre anni fa. Sul suo cellulare, sequestrato in una perquisizione, sono state trovate immagini riferibili a volti di terroristi islamici noti. Le operazioni che hanno portato all’arresto sono state condotte dalla Digos fiorentina in cooperazione con Aise e Aisi, con un’azione congiunta di intelligence al C.A.S.A. (Comitato di Analisi Strategica Antiterrorismo), dopo una segnalazione della Direzione Centrale della Polizia di Prevenzione.
La gip ritiene che “il minore sia un soggetto pericoloso capace di commettere atti gravi, non avendo mutato le proprie pericolose convinzioni ideologiche, proseguendo anzi l’opera di proselitismo anche durante il regime di messa alla prova, con la conseguenza che, se non opportunamente “contenuto”, possa concretamente compiere azioni di grave violenza in danno della collettività“.

Recruitment with the aim of international terrorism. With this accusation, a 15-year-old Tunisian was investigated and placed under house arrest in Florence, currently held in the juvenile institution of the Tuscan capital. (Committee for Strategic Antiterrorism Analysis), following a report from the Central Directorate for Police Prevention.

The judge believes that “the minor is a dangerous subject capable of committing serious acts, having not changed his dangerous ideological beliefs, but rather continuing the proselytizing work even during the “witness protection” program, with the consequence that, if not appropriately “contained,” he could concretely carry out actions of serious violence against the community.”

È morto il figlio del leader dell'ufficio politico di Hamas, Khalil al-Hayya, che era rimasto gravemente ferito in un attacco aereo israeliano sulla Striscia di Gaza. Lo ha riferito l'ospedale Al-Shifa. In precedenza, al-Hayya aveva dichiarato ad Al Jazeera che suo figlio era in condizioni critiche dopo essere rimasto gravemente ferito in un attacco israeliano.

"Il messaggio di Israele è che nessuno è al di sopra degli attacchi e che l'intera popolazione è un bersaglio", ha detto all'emittente qatariota, accusando Israele di "ribellarsi" agli accordi diplomatici. Intanto, secondo bilanci diffusi dalla protezione civili e da ospedali del territorio palestinese, in tutto sei persone sono rimaste uccise in vari raid aerei israeliani nella Striscia di Gaza, che hanno causato almeno una quindicina di feriti. Cinque persone sono morte a Gaza City, secondo due ospedali, e un'altra persona è stata uccisa e altre 15 ferite nella Striscia di Gaza meridionale, a ovest di Khan Younis, secondo l'ospedale Nasser della città. Secondo una fonte della sicurezza di Gaza, l'uomo ucciso vicino a Khan Younis era un agente di polizia del movimento islamista palestinese che governa Gaza. Dall'entrata in vigore del cessate il fuoco lo scorso ottobre, almeno 837 palestinesi sono stati uccisi secondo il ministero della Salute di Gaza. “The message from Israel is that no one is above attacks and that the entire population is a target,” he told the Qatari broadcaster, accusing Israel of “defying” diplomatic agreements. Al-Hayya also accused Israel of not implementing the first phase of the cease-fire, telling Al-Jazeera that US President Donald Trump and the mediators must force Israel to comply with the agreements before moving to subsequent phases.

Meanwhile, according to figures released by civil defense and hospitals in the Palestinian territory, six people were killed in various Israeli airstrikes in the Gaza Strip, resulting in at least fifteen injuries. Five people died in Gaza City, according to two hospitals, and another person was killed and fifteen others injured in the southern Gaza Strip, west of Khan Yunis, according to the Nasser Hospital. According to a Gaza security source, the man killed near Khan Yunis was a police officer for the Islamist Palestinian movement that governs Gaza. Since the implementation of the cease-fire last October, at least 837 Palestinians have been killed according to the Gaza Ministry of Health. On the Israeli side, the military reported the death of five soldiers in Gaza during the same period.

L'ambasciata ha consigliato ai cittadini Usa di rimanere "vigili nei luoghi pubblici" e di tenersi lontani da scuole, università, chiese, luoghi turistici affollati e trasporti. It is also recommended to “vary itineraries and travel times” to reduce predictability and avoid attracting attention. MI5, the UK’s internal intelligence agency, said Friday that the Joint Terrorism Analysis Centre had raised the threat level from “substantial” to “critical.” The higher level, which indicates that a terrorist attack is “highly likely” within the next six months, MI5 stated in a statement.
