So how what is the reason for the spread? I’m sure some folks in the #banking sector would suggest that deposits in the #BalticStates might be questionable given their proximity to #Russia and global instability yada yada

Even allowing for that, how is their a spread of 1.36 between #Ireland and #Luxembourg??
