Apostle Plant: The Walking Iris
For years, my sub-tropical garden has been 'home' to the Apostle Iris (Neomarica gracilis) - it produces pure white and purple/blue blooms with accents of brown in the centre. I am always excited when the flowers bloom because they contrast beautifully against the sword-like green foliage.
